BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a protection device; in particular, a biodegradable protection device. 2. Description of the Prior Art
As science and technology evolve, mobile devices (ie mobile phones) continue to be mass-produced and used, and mobile devices of virtually any type are additionally equipped with protective devices to provide adequate protection to prevent damage.
However, when a large number of mobile devices have to be replaced, protection devices of a large number also become neglected. Most of these protective devices are made from petroleum-based plastics, such as PP, PU, EVA, artificial fibers, artificial leather, etc., and although these plastics have the advantage of a low cost of implementation, they also have an immeasurable impact on environmental pollution. In this regard, the applicant of the present invention proposes a solution for treating the disadvantage that has been mentioned above.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to provide a biodegradable protection device that is suitable for a mobile device and that can be biodegraded without impacting the environment or pollute it after being discarded.
According to an aspect / configuration of a biodegradable protection device according to the present disclosure / description, the biodegradable protective device adapted for a mobile device includes a main body and a protective part. The main body is made of a biodegradable plastic material. The protective portion is made of a biodegradable material, and the protective portion is bonded to the main body and is used to protect the mobile device from damage.
In order to further understand the ins and outs of the present invention, the following embodiments are presented in association with illustrations to facilitate the disclosure / description of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The illustrations which have been mentioned above and the detailed descriptions which follow are given by way of example in order to further explain the scope of the present invention. Other objects and advantages related to the present invention will be illustrated in the following descriptions and accompanying drawings.
Let's go to FIGS. 1-8, including FIGS. 1-5 show five embodiments of the present invention, and FIGS. 6-8 respectively represent three different configurations of the protection portion of the present invention.
According to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a biodegradable protection device that can be adapted for a mobile device, such as a mobile phone, is shown. The biodegradable protection device includes a main body 10 and a guard portion 20.
The main body 10 which is used to receive a mobile device is made of a biodegradable plastic material, so that the main body 10 does not contain conventional plastics contained therein and it can be degraded substantially completely natural way by micro-organisms such as bacteria, fungi, algae, etc. More particularly, the biodegradable plastic of the present invention is PLA (polylactic acid).
The protective part 20 is used to protect a mobile device against damage, it is made of a biodegradable material and it is connected to the main body 10. According to this embodiment, the protective part 20 is releasably connected to the main body 10. That is, the shield portion 20 can be folded over the main body 10 and unfolded away from the main body 10, so as to cover and uncover a display screen of a mobile device which is received in the main body 10.
In particular, as shown in FIG. 6, the protective portion 20 is a one-piece structure and it can be made of animal leather, which is a material that readily biodegradable. In addition, the protective portion 20 may also be made of vegetable leather, ie a material which is formed by crystallizing natural plants, such as a rubber tree or rubber tree resin and apple pulp. What is more, the protective portion 20 can also be made of bamboo or wood veneer.
According to another embodiment of the present invention as shown in FIG. 7, the shielding portion 20 is a multilayered composite structure that has a fabric layer 201, and an inner layer 202 on which the fabric layer 201 is stacked. The fabric and inner layers 201, 202 may both be made of leather, such as vegetable leather. In addition, the fabric layer 201 may also be made of animal leather, and the inner layers 202 may be made of biodegradable fibers. In detail, the fabric and inner layers 201, 202 may be joined together by means of stitches or an adhesive.
According to another embodiment of the present invention as shown in FIG. 8, the shielding portion 20 is a multilayered composite structure that has a fabric layer 201, a support layer 203 and an inner layer 202 stacked in sequence. The fabric and inner layers 201, 202 may both be made of leather. Moreover, the fabric layer 201 may be made of animal or vegetable leather, and the inner layer 202 may be made of biodegradable fibers. In detail, the support layer 203 is provided between the fabric layer 201 and the inner layer 202, and the support layer 203 may be made of a biodegradable plastic material, such as polylactic acid or an acidic material. polylactic modified, in order to increase the overall strength of the protective portion 20.
According to an embodiment of the present invention which is shown in FIG. 2, the biodegradable protection device may be adapted for a mobile phone and its protective portion 20 may be folded to form a support structure, or may cover the display screen of the mobile phone (not shown). The detailed structure of the shielding portion 20 may be arranged in the manner shown in FIG. 6.
According to another embodiment of the present invention as shown in FIG. 3, the biodegradable protection device may be adapted for a tablet computer or tablet and its protective portion 20 may be arranged in the manner as shown in any one of FIGS. 6, 7, and 8.
According to another embodiment of the present invention as shown in FIG. 4, the biodegradable protective device may be adapted for a mobile phone and its protective portion 20 may be partially attached to the outer surface of the main body 10 so as to partially cover the outer surface of the main body 10, and, of course, the outer surface of the main body 10 may be completely covered by the shielding portion 20. The detailed structure of the shielding portion 20 may be arranged as shown in any one of FIGS. 6, 7, and 8.
According to another embodiment of the present invention which is shown in FIG. 5, the outer and inner surfaces of the main body 10 may be partially covered by the shielding portion 20, and, of course, the outer and inner surfaces of the main body 10 may be completely covered by the shield portion 20. The detailed structure of the shielding portion 20 may be arranged in the manner as shown in any one of FIGS. 6, 7 and 8.
It should be noted that the biodegradable protection device of the present invention can also be adapted for laptop or diary, so that the outer forms of the main body 10 and the guard portion 20 can be suitably modified in correspondence. with the external form of the laptop or calendar. Therefore, the outer forms of the main body 10 and the guard portion 20 are not limited to those described herein, and they can be suitably modified according to the actual needs.
To summarize, the main body and the protective part of the biodegradable protection device of the present invention are respectively a biodegradable plastic material and a biodegradable material, which allows for the biodegradation of these same materials after they have been discarded without any impact or environmental pollution being generated.
The descriptions presented above simply highlight the preferred embodiments of the present invention; however, the features of the present invention are in no way restricted to these embodiments. Any modifications, alterations or variations conveniently contemplated by those skilled in the art are to be considered as being within the scope of the present invention defined and circumscribed by the following claims.
